General framework for the photography services offered.
Working version — legal identity details must be completed with the client before publication.
Ordering
A quote request is not a booking. The session is confirmed once the quote is accepted in writing and, where applicable, the stated deposit is paid.
Prices
Displayed prices are base rates in euros. Travel, custom requests and options are specified in the quote.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Terms for rescheduling, cancellation and cases of force majeure will be set out in the final quote.
Delivery
The number of photographs and the delivery time are specified for each package and confirmed in the quote.
Image rights
No recognisable images are published without the prior consent of the people concerned.
